Bretons

The Bretons are a Celtic people of Brittany in north-western France. Their ancestors include Britons who migrated from Britain to Armorica between the 4th and 7th centuries and gave the region its name and the Breton language. Breton rulers resisted the Franks and created a kingdom and later a duchy, which was united with France in 1532.
