Fachi
Fachi is an oasis in the Ténéré desert of eastern Niger, west of Bilma. Like Bilma it produces salt and dates, which Tuareg caravans from the Aïr carried south to the Hausa lands. Its old town is enclosed by a mud-brick fortress.
