Gangeyadeva
Gangeyadeva was a king of the Kalachuris of Tripuri in central India in the early 11th century. He took the title Vikramaditya and expanded the kingdom northwards, extending his rule as far as Varanasi. His gold coins, showing a seated goddess Lakshmi, were widely imitated by later dynasties of northern India. His son Lakshmikarna brought the kingdom to its height.
