Iller
The Iller is a river that rises near Oberstdorf in the Allgäu Alps and flows north through Kempten to join the Danube at Ulm. For much of its course it forms the border between Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg. Kempten grew at a crossing on its banks in Roman times as Cambodunum.
