Kallar
Kallar was a Brahmin minister of the last Turk Shahi king of Kabul who, according to the 11th-century scholar al-Biruni, overthrew his master and founded the Hindu Shahi dynasty in the 9th century. His dynasty ruled Kabul and Gandhara, later from Udabhandapura on the Indus, until it was defeated by Mahmud of Ghazni in the early 11th century. He is often identified with Lalliya, named in the Kashmiri chronicle Rajatarangini.
