Kasongo Nyembo
Kasongo Nyembo was a claimant to the Luba throne after the death of Ilunga Kabale. His civil war with the rival claimant Kumwimbe Tshimbu split the kingdom into Kasongo Luba and Kabongo Luba. The split was a key stage in the decline of the Luba Empire.
