c. 24th century BCE · 24th century BCE

Lugal-kinishe-dudu was a king of Uruk in the Early Dynastic period, around the twenty-fourth century BCE, who also ruled Ur and claimed kingship over both cities. Inscriptions of Enmetena of Lagash record a pact of brotherhood with him, one of the earliest known diplomatic agreements in history.
