Łyna
The Łyna, in German the Alle, is a river of about 290 kilometres that rises in the Masurian lake district of northern Poland and flows north through Olsztyn and Lidzbark Warmiński into Russia's Kaliningrad Oblast, where it joins the Pregolya. Its valley was settled by the Baltic Prussian Warmians and Barts and later formed the heart of Warmia under the Teutonic Order and the prince-bishops.
