Montagne Sainte-Geneviève
The Montagne Sainte-Geneviève is a hill on the Left Bank of the Seine in the 5th arrondissement of Paris. It was the centre of Roman Lutetia, with its forum, and later took its name from the abbey of Saint Genevieve, the city's patron saint. Its schools made it the cradle of the University of Paris, and the Panthéon now stands on its summit.
