Naveta des Tudons
The Naveta des Tudons is a prehistoric stone tomb near Ciutadella on Menorca, shaped like an upturned boat. Built of large dressed stones without mortar in the late Bronze Age, it was a collective burial chamber on two levels, in which the remains of dozens of people were found. It is the best-preserved monument of its kind in the Balearic Islands and a symbol of Menorca's prehistoric past.
