Onilahy River

The Onilahy is a river of south-western Madagascar, which flows west across the dry plateau and reaches the Mozambique Channel at St Augustine's Bay, south of Toliara. Its valley bordered the lands of the Mahafaly kingdoms to the south. St Augustine's Bay at its mouth was a regular anchorage for European ships from the 16th century.
