Also known as Pustertal, Val Pusteria

The Puster Valley is a long east–west Alpine valley in South Tyrol, Italy, and East Tyrol, Austria, drained by the Rienz and the Drava. It was granted to the bishops of Brixen in 1091 and later came under the counts of Gorizia and of Tyrol. Bruneck is its main town.
