Ramgarhia misl
The Ramgarhia misl was one of the Sikh confederacies of 18th-century Punjab, named after the fort of Ramgarh at Amritsar and led by Jassa Singh Ramgarhia. It held territory around Batala and in the Jalandhar Doab and was a rival of the Ahluwalia and Kanhaiya misls. Its lands were absorbed by Ranjit Singh in the early 19th century.
