Roquebrune-Cap-Martin

Roquebrune-Cap-Martin is a commune on the French Riviera between Monaco and Menton, centred on a hilltop village below a medieval castle. Long part of the Principality of Monaco, it joined Menton in breaking away in 1848 and was annexed by France in 1861. The architect Le Corbusier spent his summers there and is buried in its cemetery.
