Shivini

Shivini was the sun god of Urartu, third in rank of the state pantheon after Haldi and the storm god Teisheba. He was probably derived from the Hurrian sun god Shimige, and his consort was the goddess Tushpuea. He appears in royal inscriptions and in the rock niche of Meher Kapısı near Van, which lists the sacrifices due to him.
