Suffolk
Suffolk is a county of East Anglia in eastern England, with Ipswich as its county town. In the Iron Age its land was divided between the Iceni and the Trinovantes, and from the 5th century it was settled by Angles and formed the southern part of the kingdom of East Anglia; its name means 'south folk'. It contains the Anglo-Saxon royal burial ground of Sutton Hoo.
