Taejo of Goguryeo

Also known as Taejodae of Goguryeo

Taejo was the sixth king of Goguryeo, the ancient Korean kingdom, whose traditional reign of 53 to 146 CE is implausibly long. Under him Goguryeo became a more centralised kingdom, subjugated the Okjeo and Dongye peoples on the east coast and raided the Han Chinese commanderies of Liaodong and Xuantu. He is often regarded as the first king under whom Goguryeo emerged as a true state.
