Thaj
Thaj is an archaeological site in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia, inland from the Gulf port of Jubail. It was a large walled city of the Hellenistic period, from about the 4th century BCE to the early centuries CE, and has yielded inscriptions, coins and a rich girl's burial with gold jewellery. Some scholars identify it with ancient Gerrha.
