Warmbad

Warmbad is a small town in the ǁKaras Region of southern Namibia, near the Orange River, named after its hot springs. A mission was founded there in 1805, making it one of the oldest mission stations in Namibia, and it became the seat of the kapteins of the Bondelswarts. Under German rule it was a military post on the route to the Cape.
