Waroch II
Waroch II was a Breton count of Vannes in the late 6th century, the son of Macliau. According to Gregory of Tours he repeatedly raided the Frankish territories around Rennes and Nantes and defeated or bought off Frankish armies sent by Chilperic I and Guntram. The region of Vannes came to be called Bro Waroch, or Broërec, after him.
