Włocławek

Włocławek is a city in central Poland on the Vistula, in the historical region of Kuyavia. From the 12th century it was the seat of the bishops of Kuyavia, whose Gothic cathedral still dominates the town. It grew as a river port and grain-trading centre and later became an industrial town.
