Ahmad Shah Qajar

1898–1930 · 20th century

Ahmad Shah Qajar was the last shah of the Qajar dynasty of Iran, coming to the throne as a boy in 1909 after his father was deposed in the Constitutional Revolution. His weak reign saw foreign occupation during the First World War and Reza Khan's coup of 1921. While he was in Europe, the Majlis deposed him in 1925 and made Reza Khan shah.
