Castle Rushen

Castle Rushen is a medieval castle at Castletown in the south of the Isle of Man. Begun under the Norse kings of Mann and the Isles around 1200 and enlarged in the following centuries, it later served as the seat of the Stanley lords of Mann. It is one of the best-preserved medieval castles in the British Isles.
