Datu Puti
Datu Puti is the leader of the ten Bornean datus in the Maragtas legend of the Visayas in the Philippines. According to the story he led them away from a tyrant in Borneo and bought the lowlands of Panay from the Ati chief Marikudo for a golden salakot and a gold necklace. Historians regard the account as folklore rather than history.
