Dijon
Dijon is a city in eastern France and the historic capital of Burgundy. It was the seat of the Capetian dukes of Burgundy from the 11th century and of the Valois dukes from 1363, whose palace and tombs at the charterhouse of Champmol made it a centre of late Gothic art. It lies at the northern end of the Côte d'Or vineyards and is known for its mustard.
