Donnus
Donnus was a king of the Alpine peoples around Segusio (Susa) and the Montgenèvre pass in the 1st century BCE, in the time of Julius Caesar. He was the father of Marcus Julius Cottius, who made peace with Augustus and governed the region as a Roman prefect; the inscription on his son's arch at Susa names Cottius as son of King Donnus.
