Dumyat
Dumyat is a hill of 418 metres at the western end of the Ochil Hills, overlooking Stirling in central Scotland. Its name, from Gaelic Dùn Mhèadaidh, 'fort of the Maeatae', is thought to preserve the name of the Iron Age people who lived around the Forth valley in Roman times. Remains of hillforts survive on its slopes.
