Eildon Hill North
Eildon Hill North is the northernmost of the three Eildon Hills near Melrose in the Scottish Borders. Its summit holds one of the largest hillforts in Scotland, with the platforms of several hundred round-houses, occupied in the Late Bronze Age and the Iron Age. The Romans later placed a signal station on the hilltop.
