Person
Énna Cennselach
Énna Cennselach was a king of Leinster in early medieval Ireland, said to have lived in the 5th century. Irish annals and genealogies remember him as a warlike ruler and as the ancestor of the Uí Chennselaig, the dynasty that dominated southern Leinster and later produced the MacMurrough kings. What is known of him comes only from much later traditions.
