Helios
Helios is the god of the sun in Greek religion, pictured driving a chariot across the sky. He was the patron god of Rhodes, where the Colossus of Rhodes represented him and annual priests of Helios gave their names to the year. Through the Hellenistic world his image travelled east, and he appears among the deities on the coins of the Kushan emperors.
