Hindu Kush

The Hindu Kush is a mountain range in Afghanistan and northern Pakistan that separates Central Asia from the Indian subcontinent. Its passes were the routes used by invaders entering India from the north-west. Rulers of the Chagatai Khanate, such as Duwa, raided across it into the Delhi Sultanate's territory.
