Jajalladeva I
Jajalladeva I was a king of the Kalachuris of Ratanpur in Dakshina Kosala, modern Chhattisgarh, in the late 11th and early 12th centuries. He threw off the authority of the parent Kalachuri line of Tripuri and extended his kingdom against neighbouring powers. His Ratanpur inscription of 1114 records his reign, and the town of Janjgir is named after him.
