Kangarlu
The Kangarlu were a Turkic tribe of the Nakhchivan region in the South Caucasus. Under Safavid and Afsharid rule they supplied local governors, and after Nader Shah's death in 1747 their chief Haydar Quli Khan founded the Nakhichevan Khanate, which his family ruled until the Russian conquest of 1828. Members of the family later served Russia under the surname Nakhchivanski.
