Kashgaria
Kashgaria is a historical name for the western Tarim Basin, centred on the oasis city of Kashgar in present-day Xinjiang. It was part of the territories received by Chagatai Khan from the former Qara Khitai realm. It thus formed part of the foundation of the Chagatai Khanate.
