Khusrau Shah

r. 1157–1160 · 12th century · Also known as Khusrau Shah of Ghazni

Khusrau Shah was a sultan of the Ghaznavid dynasty and son of Bahram Shah, reigning from 1157 to 1160. Ghazni had been sacked by the Ghurids and was then lost to Oghuz Turkmen, so he ruled from Lahore over the remaining Ghaznavid lands in the Punjab. He was succeeded by his son Khusrau Malik, the last of the dynasty.
