Kim Ryholt
Kim Ryholt is a Danish Egyptologist at the University of Copenhagen, known for his work on Egypt's Second Intermediate Period and on demotic literature. In his 1997 study of the period he proposed that a group of kings in the Turin King List formed a local Abydos Dynasty around 1650 BCE, a view supported by the discovery of the tomb of King Senebkay in 2014.
