Lahari Bandar
Lahari Bandar was the main seaport of lower Sindh in the 16th and 17th centuries, on a branch of the Indus delta near Thatta, in today's Pakistan. Under the Tarkhans and then the Mughals it traded with Gujarat, the Persian Gulf and the Portuguese, but the silting of the river channels caused its decline, and trade later moved to Karachi.
