Lúrio River
The Lúrio is a river in northern Mozambique that flows about 600 km east from the Niassa highlands to the Indian Ocean. For much of its course it separates Niassa and Cabo Delgado provinces to the north from Nampula province to the south. From 1891 it marked the southern limit of the territory granted to the Niassa Company.
