Molpoi
The Molpoi were a guild of singers at Miletus devoted to the cult of Apollo Delphinios. Their head served as the city's eponymous magistrate, and an inscribed list of these officials survives from 525/524 BCE onward. A decree of the guild preserves the rules of their procession along the Sacred Way from Miletus to the sanctuary of Apollo at Didyma.
