Mzimvubu River
The Mzimvubu is one of the largest rivers of the Eastern Cape in South Africa, rising in the Drakensberg and reaching the Indian Ocean at Port St Johns. Its upper valleys were the home of the Mpondomise, and its lower course ran through Pondoland. It is one of the few large South African rivers without a major dam.
