Neugablonz
Neugablonz is a district of Kaufbeuren in Bavaria founded after 1945 by German refugees expelled from Gablonz, now Jablonec nad Nisou, in Bohemia. Built on the site of a former explosives factory, it revived the glass and costume-jewellery industry of its founders' home town and became one of the largest settlements of expellees in Germany.
