c. 1288–1365 · 14th century

Nicholas II of Opava was a Přemyslid duke of Opava in Silesia, a descendant of King Ottokar II of Bohemia. Married to a daughter of Duke Przemysław of Racibórz, he received the duchy of Racibórz after its Piast line died out in 1336, uniting it with Opava under Bohemian overlordship. His descendants ruled the combined duchy until 1521.
