Pachamama

Pachamama is the earth and fertility goddess of the Andean peoples, revered by Quechua and Aymara communities since before the Inca Empire. She is honoured with offerings, especially at planting and harvest, and her cult survived Spanish rule alongside Catholicism. Ecuador's constitution of 2008 used her name in granting legal rights to nature.
