Phylakopi

Phylakopi is a Bronze Age town site on the north coast of Melos in the Cyclades, Greece. Occupied from about 2300 to 1100 BCE, it grew rich on the island's obsidian and on sea trade, and its remains show successive Cycladic, Minoan and Mycenaean influence, including frescoes such as the Flying Fish and a Mycenaean shrine with clay figures.
