Rega
The Rega is a river in Pomerania, north-western Poland, about 170 km long, which flows north into the Baltic Sea near Mrzeżyno. Along its course lie the towns of Łobez, Resko, Płoty and Trzebiatów, where a diet of the Pomeranian estates adopted the Lutheran Reformation in 1534.
