Serra di Vaglio
Serra di Vaglio is an archaeological site on a hilltop near Vaglio Basilicata, north-east of Potenza in southern Italy. Inhabited from the early Iron Age, it was a major indigenous centre in the 6th century BCE and later a fortified Lucanian town with stone walls of the 4th century BCE. The Lucanian sanctuary of Rossano di Vaglio lies nearby.
