Sinchi Roca

Sinchi Roca was, in Inca tradition, the second ruler of Cusco and the son of the founder Manco Capac, probably in the 13th century. Spanish chroniclers credit him with consolidating the early Inca settlement in the Cusco valley, but little is known of his reign, and his historicity is uncertain.
