St. Rumbold's Cathedral
St. Rumbold's Cathedral is the Gothic cathedral of Mechelen in Belgium, seat of the Archbishop of Mechelen-Brussels. Built mainly between the 13th and 15th centuries and dedicated to the early medieval missionary Saint Rumbold, it is known for its massive west tower, nearly 100 metres high, which was never crowned with its planned spire.
