Tarusbawa
Tarusbawa is remembered in later Sundanese tradition as the founder of the Sunda Kingdom of western Java. According to texts such as the Carita Parahyangan tradition, in 669 he took the western part of the former Tarumanagara lands, while the eastern part beyond the Citarum River became the Galuh Kingdom. No contemporary inscription confirms these traditional dates.
