Tigurini
The Tigurini were one of the four cantons (pagi) of the Helvetii, a Celtic people of the Swiss plateau. Joining the migration of the Cimbri, they defeated and killed the consul Lucius Cassius Longinus near Agen in 107 BCE under their leader Divico. In 58 BCE, during the Helvetian migration, Julius Caesar destroyed them at the crossing of the Arar (Saône).
